You can order directly through our online shop. Add the product to your cart, customize it with your color selections and any upload or NFC settings, then check out. For custom or commercial projects, use our Contact page or the Custom Quote form.
Absolutely. For bulk orders, custom designs, or commercial projects, reach out via our contact form with your specs and we'll send a tailored quote within one business day.
We accept STL, OBJ, 3MF, and STEP files. For artwork overlays or color-mapped prints, include PNG or JPG reference files. Max upload size is 100MB.
We print with Bambu Lab filament across several material types:
Products that support color selection show a color swatch picker directly on the product page — simply click your preferred color(s) before adding to cart. We stock over 80 Bambu Lab colors. You can also view the full Filament Color Chart page for reference.
Screen colors are a close approximation but can vary slightly due to monitor calibration. Translucent and metallic filaments in particular may look slightly different in person. We print test swatches before large runs on request.
Our NFC-enabled prints have a chip embedded inside. When tapped with a compatible smartphone (most Android and iPhone 7+), it instantly opens the URL you set — your Instagram, website, menu, contact card, or any custom link.
Currently our NFC chips are programmed at time of printing and are write-locked for reliability. If you need to change the destination link, contact us and we can arrange a reprogramming or replacement depending on the product.
Some products support multiple chips — for example a business card holder that links each side to a different platform, or a multi-person desk stand. Products with multiple chips will ask you to set a destination for each one during checkout.
Most standard products are printed and shipped within 3–5 business days. Complex multi-color prints or large orders may take up to 7–10 business days. We'll notify you if your order needs extra time.
Yes — we ship across the US and internationally. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. International orders typically arrive in 7–14 business days depending on destination and customs.
Because each item is printed to order, we don't accept returns for change-of-mind. However if your item arrives damaged or with a print defect, contact us within 7 days with photos and we'll reprint or refund — no questions asked.
